📲 Social Media & Content Specialist
Location: Remote (preferably within ±3h CET)

About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and strategic social media mind to take the lead on our content presence — from Coflint’s digital innovation to Loopeti’s playful pet universe. This is your chance to shape the voice of our brand(s), grow communities, and turn good ideas into engaging posts, reels, and stories that people love. You don’t need to be a content machine — just someone who understands what resonates, isn’t afraid to experiment, and cares about clarity, aesthetics, and impact.
What You’ll Do: Plan and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other key channels. Create posts, carousels, and short-form videos using Canva or similar tools. Develop and execute campaigns around product launches, challenges, and community-buildingMonitor engagement, reply to DMs/comments, and identify growth opportunitiesMaintain brand voice across all platforms (sometimes playful, sometimes serious — always smart). Collaborate with designers, devs, and founders to turn strategy into storytelling.
What We’re Looking For: Strong feel for visual storytelling and tone of voice. Experience managing social media for a brand or project. Proficiency with tools like Canva, Notion, Buffer, Metricool (or open to learn). You’re organized, curious, and always online (in a good way)Ability to write in Portuguese (English and Spanish is a plus!).
Nice to Have: Experience in pet, health, or tech sectorsMotion design basics (CapCut, After Effects, etc.). Familiarity with community management or influencer outreach.
